As a Certified RTT Practitioner and Dreambuilder Coach, Jules helps you create deep, lasting change by working with both the subconscious mind and your conscious goals – so you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life.
Jules specialises in helping you release anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, and the subconscious patterns that keep you stuck. She also supports clients who feel held back by long-term stress, emotional overload, or persistent symptoms – helping them reconnect with their inner strength and create real lasting change from the inside out.
For over 20 years, Jules has studied and applied transformational principles, supporting people to break through limiting beliefs and step into a more empowered way of living. Through RTT sessions and coaching, you’ll be guided with warmth, structure and deep care – helping you a the root and move forward into the lift you truly want.
Jules’ journey into RTT and transformational work began through her own experience of change. After years working in healthcare, she reached a point where she could no longer ignore the feeling that life was meant to be different – calmer, more aligned, and more meaningful.
She understands what it’s like to function on the outside while feeling emotionally exhausted on the inside. To be the one who holds it together, supports everyone else, and keeps going – whilst quietly feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.
Today, Jules brings compassion and clarity to her work. She creates a safe, supportive space for deep change, helping clients feel understood, gently guided, and truly cared for – as they begin to release what’s been holding them back and reconnect with who they really are.
When we connect with a tribe of people with similar values and beliefs, amazing things can happen. You expand your network of valuable connections. You get to give and receive help and support. You get to experience that priceless feeling of being part of something greater than yourself. My Group Coaching clients benefit not just from the coaching process, but also from peer learning with others. Plus, many of my clients find coaching in a group puts them “less on the spot”, giving them more time to reflect and integrate their insights.
